Down stairs we find a large shared conference room, two private lockable offices, and an open reception area with room for two reception desks and several chairs for waiting clients.

Up stairs we have five private lockable offices, four areas of open desk space, an area in the open for a shareable conference table and four desk spaces with lockable draws.

Each floor has a bathroom and separate heat and air-conditioning zones.

Free parking is on the street in front of the building and in the nearby public parking lot, lot 50, on the south side of the next door building.
