The property to the rear of the 91 Main building is a two story building presenting occupied by the office for a church related counselor and an office for the not-for-profit Hunterdon Musical Arts.

There is also a large conference room shared by those in the building.

The second floor was recently vacated, at the expiration of their lease, by a computer organization serving the pharmaceutical industry. At present one of the private offices is occupied by a litigation lawyer, leaving four private offices and open floor space with desks separated by partitions.

Location in Flemington

The property is in the center of town. It is two doors South of the historic Court House, across from the police station, and one door north of the municipal 50 car public parking lot, Lot 1, marked by a red sign.

Also on street parking is usualy available in front of the building or other wise near by. Parking is presently free.
